The meaning of LEMA
The term “LEMA” is short for “Analemma.” An analemma is an astronomical diagram showing the position of the sun in the sky as seen from a fixed location on Earth, at the same time of day, through the course of a year.
Our team operates with regularity and predictability in processes and outcomes, akin to the regularity of an analemma. Just as each daily observation contributes to the overall shape of an analemma, each LEMA member’s daily contributions help establish the team’s overall upward trajectory.
